The Paul Weiss Emergency Email System (EES) website provides emergency access to email and calendars via computer or mobile devices. Follow these instructions to get started. Access EES here.

To Register your Account

The first time you access EES you need to register your account.

  • Enter your email address and select Continue.
  • At the Please Register... screen, enter your First and Last Name, create a password, and then confirm it.
  • Be sure to select via text message as the method to register or you won't be able to complete the registration.
  • Check the I agree... checkbox for the Proofpoint Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Select Register.
  • A text will be sent to your mobile number, tap the link in the body of the text message.
  • When Registration Successful displays, tap Continue logging in and your registration is complete.

Logging into EES after Registering

  • Return to the alert (text or email) you received.
  • Enter your email address and password.
  • Your Inbox will open and you may now access your email and calendar.

Remember, Using EES is Temporary:

  • The Inbox only contains up to 30 days of email.
  • The Calendar only contains up to 30 days of entries and cannot be edited.
  • Do Not create folders, as they will not transfer over to Outlook.
